In trying with great difficulty, this punk get to a computer ..... behavior

Ive started having trouble loading the pages and PC-flag to a length of time as possible without "can not display the message", which I find strange.
Then there is the network to go to sleep, I'm awake in a doo-dah MDSL mobile dongle and a good time, but only without the signal flatline ..... Also weird.
I've recently noticed the desktop shortcuts to keep blinking as if you update .... and when I open a folder, the same phenomenon occurs.
